Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality, environment & occupational health and safety management system.
2. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's quality objectives.
3. Responsible for the collection and statistical analysis of quality information and the establishment and supervision of the implementation of the corrective action system.
4. Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the company's quality department's objectives.
5. Responsible for the daily operation of the company's system, the management of various certificates, and the maintenance of organization after application, review and collection.
6. Responsible for the management of company system documents, records and other documents.
7. Responsible for product quality management.
8. Responsible for the operation management of the company's testing laboratory and the inspection, testing and verification of products.
9. Responsible for the management of the company's monitoring and measurement resources.
10. Responsible for customer service management.
11. According to the company's human resources system, supervise, assess and motivate subordinate personnel.
12. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.
Job requirements;
1. College degree or above, age not more than 40 years old.
2. Familiar with the requirements of IS9001 ISO14001 IATF16949 system, and have the ability to lead the certification, operation and maintenance of these three systems.
3. Proficient in the use of QC seven techniques, proficient in the use of Mintab and other quality software.
4. Have EHS/ESD related knowledge, can connect with customers and train employees.
5. Ability to write and review reports such as "8D", "9S" and "Toyota 3A".
6. Familiar with "APQP", "PPAP" and other processes, with certain planning and leading ability.
7. Certain training capabilities, such as SPC/MSA/CPK/MTBF/FAME, etc.
8. More than three years of experience in the quality industry, MTO model enterprise experience priority and outstanding ability, the above conditions can be appropriately relaxed.
