Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning and implementation of training projects, and continuous improvement.
2. Responsible for establishing and optimizing the training system, establishing internal and external teacher pools, teaching materials databases, test question banks and case databases.
3. Responsible for the investigation and analysis of employee training needs, and formulate training plans and organize their implementation in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise.
4. Responsible for organizing internal and external lecturer resources, reviewing courses and implementing training.
5. Improve and develop training courses, and compile corresponding training materials.
8. Complete other tasks arranged by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, aged 23 to 38. Good image, good temperament, flexible thinking, strong understanding ability.
2. More than 3 years of training experience.
3. Have a certain on-site control and persuasion ability, and the lecture has strong appeal; Good teaching skills to create a good training atmosphere.
4. Proficient in using Office office software, especially proficient in PPT, EXCEL, etc., with strong communication, organization, coordination ability and excellent copywriting ability.
5. Have rich experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of training activities, and master training effect evaluation methods.
