Job Category: Finance Manager/Supervisor


1. Responsible for the daily management of the finance department; 

2. Responsible for preparing the annual business plan and supervising the implementation; 

3. Organize monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis, and prompt the operation and management work;

4. Responsible for cost accounting, financial statistics and analysis, etc., to ensure the standardization of the company's financial management; 

5. Responsible for docking with banks, governments and other relevant departments; 

6. Responsible for account-related work with customers and suppliers, and real-time assessment of business risks;

7. Responsible for formulating relevant financial management systems and processes and supervising their implementation;

8. Responsible for reviewing the rationality and compliance of various expenditures, optimizing costs and avoiding risks; 

9. Responsible for investment and financing business, tax management, etc.; 

10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders;


Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, accounting and other related majors, intermediate accountant is preferred; 

2. More than five years of working experience as a financial supervisor of a production enterprise, familiar with cost management, tax treatment and overall accounting; 

3. Familiar with enterprise process and internal control system design;

4. Proficient in commonly used ERP systems such as Kingdee and Yonyou; Familiar with credit exemption and high-tech declaration;

5. Strong learning ability, analysis ability and management ability; 

6. Good communication skills and pressure resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity workload; 

7. Experience in IPO audit of accounting firms is preferred;

8. Accounting team with 5 to 10 people is preferred;

9. Under the age of 45;
